"My prescription for you? Well, first, stop screaming."
This is an original painting that was created for the 2014 Wondermark Calendar, "The Roll-a-Sketch Yearbook"!
The ink drawing is by me. It was traced lightly onto watercolor paper, then painted by Max Loren Shepard.
For this presentation, the line art was reprinted onto acetate (along with the accompanying text from that entry on the calendar) and overlaid on top of the watercolor.
There were 29 pieces to begin with – this is one of the last pieces that remains! There’s only one original of each design.
You get this piece just as you see – with mats, acetate overlay, and backboard included. Each piece is signed by me and Max, on the mat.
The mats fit into an 8x10" frame. Or, have me frame it for you! I will pick a tasteful frame from my collection.
