The Wondermark Brand Dry-Goods Emporium is the in-house merchandise operation of the comic strip Wondermark. All items are designed, shepherded to creation, and placed into envelopes and boxes by Wondermark author David Malki !

We hope you enjoy the many fine items offered here for your perusal, and we appreciate your support of the independent arts!

Estimated Time to Receipt.

Most items are shipped from Seattle, WA. Most orders are shipped within a day or two of your order being placed (as inventory and time allow; holidays excepted).

It can take a few days to up to two weeks for domestic orders to arrive, depending on distance and time of year. 

Mugs and T-shirts are produced on demand, which can take 1–2 weeks, and then shipped from North Carolina.

International orders occasionally take longer to arrive; this is largely in the hands of your local post office. We regularly ship every sort of item to customers all around the world.

Due to USPS restrictions, currently we are only shipping to the following countries:

This list may change without notice and is based on the current list of USPS mail service suspensions.

Due to increased regulatory requirements related to Brexit/VAT, we are currently not shipping physical goods to the United Kingdom.

We are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fees in your country. We suggest taking it up with your government.

Lost/Delayed Shipments.

If it’s been longer than two weeks and your U.S. order hasn’t arrived, feel free to reply to your order or shipment confirmation email and we’ll let you know if we have any information. Usually all we know is what the tracking tells us, but if we’ve received it back from USPS then we’ll know that (and we’ll contact you to confirm the address for reshipment).

If something is lost or returned to us, we will typically reship it once for free.

If your international order hasn’t arrived, check with your local postal service first before contacting us, using the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation. Not every country uses those numbers, but most do.

If that doesn’t help, then go ahead and email us so we can decide on the appropriate next steps.

Shipping Costs.

This site uses an algorithm to automatically calculate the cost of postage as well as the cost of shipping supplies such as boxes, envelopes and labels. We do not use shipping charges as a profit center, and if the actual cost to ship your order turns out to be significantly less than you paid, we will refund the difference to you. If you are charged too little for shipping, we will absorb the overage.

However, please note that USPS rates increase annually, and the cost of packaging and supplies fluctuates with the economy, so shipping rates may periodically change without notice. 

Payment Methods.

We accept payment via credit card (processed by Stripe) or PayPal. We are a PayPal Verified Business account holder and operate under the name Malice Corporation.

Your Privacy.

We never see your financial information—it’s all handled by PayPal’s and Stripe's encrypted servers. We do not use your contact information for anything other than to fulfill your order and send you the appropriate notifications. This website uses cookies in the typical way of websites on the modern internet. We do not track your browsing to send to advertisers. 

When you make a purchase, you have the option of enrolling in our periodic Wondermark Circular. This is a periodic email containing promotional discounts, information on new Wondermark products, the occasional flight of fancy, and other potentially-interesting tidbits. If you do not wish to receive the Circular, you may uncheck the opt-in box at checkout, or unsubscribe any time you receive the mailing.

We may also contact you with special information related to your past purchases. These are one-time mailings and happen only rarely.
